To setup Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) centre for Mechanical Component and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) facilities.  These facilities will be at par with ‘OEM’ standards. 

An additional facility with covered area of approx. 33000 Sq ft has been setup at Manesar, on the NH-8, about 30 kms from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) (Click here to view our Manasar Facility).  The new facility has an air-conditioned environment with full power back-up.  The new facility is intended to be used for Mechanical Components MRO & NDT centre in the future. The facility could also be used to setup a Joint Venture with any Indian / Foreign Firm in future.  The plan for progressively establishing a whole-some range of MRO & NDT services include, setting up of additional facilities for items of equipment as follows :-

               AIRCRAFT / GROUND SUPPORT EQPT (GSE) INSTRUMENTS

AIR-CRAFT   Stand-by Compass, Engine Pressure Ratio Indicator, Direction Gyro Horizon, Accelerometer, Fuel Quantity Gauges, and other Mechanical Components like Fuel System Components, Gear Box & Gear Drives etc. It is planned to have accreditation / approval of the Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs) for their components and by other internationally recognized Civil Aviation regulatory authorities such as FAA (USA), JAA (Europe), CAA (UK) etc.

AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL SUB-ASSEMBLIES : Magnetos, Generators (AC & DC) / Starter Generators, Power  Supply Units, Electrical Modules, Cockpit Switching Panel, Ignition Exciter, Flap Actuator, Fuel Booster Pump, Fuel Cross-Feed Valve, Radio Cooling Fan, etc.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) for both aviation and non-aviation sectors, Liquid Penetrant, Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic Facilities,  Radiography ( X-Ray) Techniques.
