VAPL is guided primarily by ex-Indian Air Force personnel with over 100 years of combined experience in aviation and related services.  VAPL boasts the support of professionals from the fields of Civil Aviation, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology / Computers & Administration.

At present, VAPL has a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)-approved workshop for Aviation Instruments Bench Check, Calibration & Repair as well as an Electrical Repair & Testing. VAPL has a wide customer base consisting of Scheduled /Non-Scheduled  Operators, Flying Clubs & other aviation establishments in India. VAPL has access to a very high level of skilled manpower, specifically in the filed of Aviation which enables us to provide efficient and prompt services to our customer,

VAPL is planning to setup a Regional Airline, an Aircraft Maintenance Centre, and Avionics, Repair and Overhaul (AMRO) & Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Center and AME School in near future.

  A war hero, who rose to become the Inspector General (IG) of IAF. He was specially selected as advisor to DGCA and was responsible for creating a frame work which addressed various quality and flight safety standards in the Indian civil aviation industry.

  Former Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Telephone Industries Ltd. (ITI), a large high tech multi unit government company.
  
  He also held senior positions in Steel Authority of India and ITI for over three decades.Mr. Chadha has varied industry exposure including telecommunications, steel, chemical & fertiliser, power plant etc. He is the Director (Corporate) of a very large group in Private Sector with net worth over Rs. 13,000 crores (Rs 13,00 million)

  The Company’s Managing Director, Wg. Cdr. VP Nandrajog (Retd.), is ahighly qualified pilot and has in excess of 4000 flying hoursto his credit. During his 23 years ofservice in the Indian Air Force (IAF), he commanded one of the most prestigious squadrons of IAF, viz No 7 squadron, equipped with MIRAGE-2000 aircraft. He is a post-graduate in military science and a holderof Senior Commercial Pilot License.
  
  He has been functioning as an advisor to a number of MNCs on matters concerning aviation for over a decade. He is spearheading the management of the Aviation centre and is also one of the principal project sponsors of the venture
